Jasmine Oil (Jasmium Officinate)- Used in skin and hair care products to soothe and moisturize. Jasmine is believed to be soothing, anti-depressant, antiseptic, emotionally balancing and an aphrodisiac. A rich, calming and sensual floral fragrance.
Jojoba oil (Simmondosia chenensis) (anti-aging,hair care) – Is cold pressed from the nut of the jojoba plant. Chemically, jojoba is a wax ester in liquid form, containing no triglycerides (fats or oils,) very stable and resistant to oxidation. Beneficial to all skin types, Jojoba is so similar in composition to sebum that the skin accepts it as sebum. Jojoba has high levels (50%) of unsaponifiables that are thought to assist skin elasticity. Scientific research has shown that jojoba can increase skin softness by up to 37%; and can reduce superficial lines, and wrinkles up to 25% upon application and up to 11% after 8 hours. Jojoba is moisturizing to dry skin, balancing for oily skin and being hypoallergenic, it is very gentle on sensitive skin. Jojoba delivers a very silky, but non greasy after-feel to the skin and has many other uses for hair, skin and nails. Jojoba also acts as slight sunscreen.
Juniper Berry Oil (Junipereus communis) – Thin, clear liquid derived from the berries of the juniper bush, it’s known for being antiseptic, detoxifying, toning and astringent. Chosen for oily or sluggish skin and is a good cleansing agent. Draws out fluids and is useful in cellulite formulations. The fragrance is slightly reminiscent of pine needles.

Kakadu Plum (anti-aging)-It has very high vit C content, vit c assists the production of collagen within the skin cells.
Kaolin-This has excellent absorbent, tightening and toning properties, finely textured, light coloured clay.
Kelp- Rich in amino acids, iodine, vitamins, micolpolysaccharides, and kelp has toning and anti-cellulite activity.
Knotweed (polygonum mutiflorum) (anti-aging)-Recently reported that knotweed extract is one of the best active-oxygen scavengers for the prevention of skin aging induced by UV-irradiation and free radical.
Kiwi- Is rich in omega-3 alpha- linolenic acid, vitamin C and antioxidants, to optimise skin moisture and to help the skin maintain a youthful appearance whilst rejuvenating.
Kukui (Aleurite moluccans) – Intensely moisturizing luxurious. The oil is an outstanding emollient that leaves the skin with a nongreasy after feel. Kukui nut oil has earned its reputation by providing natural relief for the symptoms of eczema, psoriasis and dry skin. Natural source of essential fatty acids helps protect their skin from harsh sunlight, drying winds and salt water.
