Gift vouchers can be sent to yourself via email so you can deliver them in person.We believe that delivery of gift vouchers in this way is saving on the environment so we lessen our carbon footprint with the use of paper and cardboard. HOW TO PURCHASE A GIFT VOUCHER.
STEP 1. Go to the products section under Specials.
STEP 2. Enter the amount you wish your gift voucher to be for. Valid amounts are between $50 to $500.
We will email you to confirm you gift voucher(s) and will require information from you on how you would like your gift voucher sent and also any special message you would like to put on them.
STEP 3 Add your gift voucher(s) to your shopping bag and checkout as usual.
TO REDEEM YOUR GIFT VOUCHER:
Shop Online: Enter your gift voucher code during the last stage of checkout in the "gift voucher promotional" field. Click the discount button and it will deduct the gift voucher amount.
Shop By Phone: Call us at 1300 365165 and simply quote your gift voucher code.
1. Shipping charges apply with all orders.
2. Chikii gift vouchers expire 12 months after purchase
3. If you do not use your entire gift voucher amount during one transaction, the remaining balance will remain for subsequent usage, until the balance of your gift voucher reaches zero.
4. Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Once issued they may not be redeemed for cash.
please protect your gift voucher number. Your chikii gift voucher cannot be replaced if it is lost or stolen. Once your gift voucher has been fully used, it will no longer be valid.
