At no time are we at Chikii responsible for lost or damaged goods by Australia Post. All our items are registered, to avoid lost items. We offer free delivery and heandling Australia- Wide on orders over $150.00.
Returns. We endeavour to package goods carefully that will offer protection during the shipping of your goods. Chikii will return any item that contains accidental fault. Chikii must authorize any product return (prior to the goods being returned to us) by contacting us by email admin@chikii.com.au or by telephone.Once contacting us and the goods have been authorized for return, the goods must be received within 14 days with the items in their original condition as it was posted together with proof of purchase (chikii invoice showing date of purchase ). The shipping costs for authorized replacement goods will be paid for by Chikii.
Shipping. Free shipping for orders over $150.00, otherwise shipping and registered handling is $8.00.Wholesale orders will be charged according to the weight and the delivery process. All orders are securely packaged and padded to ensure all products are protected and arrive in perfect condition.
How long will my package take to get to me? Within Australia- If for any reason your products that you choose are not avaiable immediately we will inform you.If we have stock of an item, your products should arrive within 7-10 working days. Express post deliveries will arrive within 5 working days and your product can be tracked.We will email you if there is any delay. International Orders- All international orders are shipped using airmail. Please allow 5-30 working days for delivery. If you choose Express Courier International shipping, we can obtain quotes for you and provide some options for you and we will email a full costing.
